Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective March 1, 2025
Please note that all cancellations and returns must be communicated via email or chat. The cancellation will be confirmed by our customer service team. In the event of a dispute, the timestamp on your email or chat log will serve as proof of communication.

Moving Services
Cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled Move Appointment for a full refund otherwise a late fee of $50 - $150 will be applied.
- Puddle Jump - $50 late fee
- Basic Service - $50 late fee
- Standard Service - $75 late fee
- Full Service - $125 late fee
An additional $25 fee applies for last-minute cancellations made within one hour of your scheduled appointment time.
Moving Supplies
Unused and undamaged items must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
You will receive a full refund on unused, undamaged moving supplies. Refuse all unwanted items that are shipped and not yet accepted. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs on all mailed items. Place the return shipping label inside the box of your mailed return so that we may identify you. Items returned without a shipping label will require additional processing time.

Please allow 1 - 3 business days to process your return. In-person returns are accepted using your original receipt.
Rental Vehicles
Rental vehicles are not eligible for a refund once driven otherwise a full refund will be processed in 1 – 3 business days.
