How do I choose the right service for me? Decide which service is right for you based on your budget, schedule, and how much physical labor you want to exert. Those with transportation and a limited budget should choose Basic Service. Those with a large budget who prefer not to exert physical effort should choose Full Service. If you have an average budget choose Standard Service.
The more work our MovePro's do during your move, the more time you save, making Standard Service and Full Service best for those who want to save time. Whichever service you choose remember that our price is the most competitive and our service is top notch.
How much does it cost to move? The cost of your move varies based on the service you choose, the distance we travel to move your items, and other factors. Choose a service (Basic Service, Standard Service, Full Service) and complete the questionairre for an instant online quote. The amount of your move is calculated instantly. You will not be charged until you decide to checkout. We won’t call you or email you for a quote. You see how much you pay without hassle.
How do I contact you? Our normal operating hours are Monday – Friday, 9AM – 6PM and Saturday and Sunday, 10AM – 2PM. You can reach us by phone, chat or email during these times. Please allow 24 hours for us to respond to email.

What times and days can I schedule a move? The earliest time of day that you can schedule your move is 8AM, and the latest start time that you can schedule your move is 7PM.
Are you insured? Yes. We offer flexible insurance coverage options to cover your belongings during the move. For more information email info@wehaulmove.com with the subject line, “Insurance Confirmation Request”.
How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment? We ask that you contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled move to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to cancel in time will result in a late fee of $50.00.
What items can’t be moved? Hazardous materials, luxury pianos, and construction/structural materials can't be moved. If you have a luxury piano we ask that you hire a service provider that specializes in disassembling and transporting luxury pianos.
Do you provide packing materials? Yes. Full Service clients must purchase packing material prior to your scheduled appointment. Our movers will bring those materials to the job. To buy your own packing materials visit our Moving Supplies page.
I have fragile and specialty items. Can you move them safely? We have specialized equipment and trained staff to handle specialty items such as pianos, artwork, and antiques. The Lead MovePro for your move will ask you to label and set aside sensative items before loading them onto the truck. Your MovePro will do this themselves if you are a Full Service client. Ensuring that your items are transported safely and securely is our top priority.
What areas do you service? We provide service to New York City residents in the five boroughs and neighboring cities within 30 miles from the center of Central Park.
Do you do long distance trips? We currently do not provide long distance moving service. To use our Moving Service, your move must be fewer than 30 miles from the heart of Central Park.
